Sweet potato gratin, yogurt sauce and pomegranate seeds

Ingredients :

  • 1.5 kg sweet potato
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1.5 c. teaspoon of salt
  • 1 c. teaspoon of coriander (dried)
  • Mix 5 berries or white pepper
  • 200 g yogurt
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 c. teaspoon fruity olive oil
  • 50 g of pistachios
  • 30 g of fresh coriander
  • ¼ pomegranate


  • Peel your sweet potatoes, and cut it into thin slices. Once your sweet potato is finely chopped, put it in a large bowl.
  • Add salt, coriander, and pepper. Make sure to distribute it evenly over all the slices.
  • In an ovenware, arrange the sweet potatoes harmoniously, tightening well, then bake at 180 ° C for 45 to 50 minutes. While cooking, baste the potatoes with a little water. To control the cooking, prick: the sweet potatoes must be soft.
  • Prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing the yogurt with the lemon and olive oil. Grind salt and pepper, finely chop the fresh coriander.
  • Serve your gratin accompanied by the sauce with the coriander, and the pomegranate seeds.
