Ingredients

  • 4 slices of rustic bread
  • 4 slices of Parma ham or proscuitto ham
  • 6 slices of goat cheese
  • 2 figs
  • Honey
  • 4 tsp of olive oil
  • 4 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Herbs de Provence
  • Pine nuts
  • Basil leaves

Instructions

  • 1 / Preheat the oven to 160 ° C – 320 ° F
  • 2 / Cut the goat cheese and figs into quarters
  • 3 / Drizzle olive oil and 1 tsp of balsamic vinegar on each slice of bread
  • 4 / Arrange slices of goat cheese, ham and figs on the bread slices
